Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most locations across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.

If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed before your order is processed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festivals or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on your order value.

Orders below ₹750: Shipping Charge – ₹69
Orders from ₹750 to ₹1,199: Shipping Charge – ₹49
Orders of ₹1,200 and above: FREE Shipping

Any promotional free shipping offers will override the above charges where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your shipment tracking details where available.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will normally attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.
